Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account statement.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For bank transfers, please allow additional processing time (typically 5-10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account. If you provided incorrect banking information for your refund, you may be subject to additional processing fees to correct and resend the refund.
